Because every song created by Astro Jamz is custom-made and personalized, all sales are generally final.

1. Custom Product Policy

Once work has begun on a personalized song, refunds are not typically available due to the time and creative effort involved in producing a unique piece of music.

2. Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided that production has not yet begun.

3. Satisfaction Concerns

If you feel your song does not reflect the information you provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In some cases, we may offer:

• Minor revisions

• Adjustments to lyrics or themes

Revisions are offered at our discretion.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your song, we will gladly resend the file or provide a new download link.
